Our cafe

 

Our licensed café is open for hot and cold drinks, breakfasts, lunches, snacks and sandwiches. The café offers vocational opportunities to students from Henshaws College and art makers at the centre.

Where possible, we source ingredients locally, including Yorkshire cheeses and smoked trout from just outside Boroughbridge and delicious Yorvale ice cream.

We grow and sell a lot of our own fresh produce at the centre too, including freshly laid eggs from our very own chickens! Make sure you try the famous ‘Henshaws sausage’, made from an exclusive recipe by award winning butchers Elite Meat in Starbeck.
