Horticulture Production Unit

At the horticulture production unit, you will develop skills and knowledge in:

• plant identification
• propagation techniques
• plant establishment and maintenance
• greenhouse practice
• general garden maintenance.
• customer care

The Horticulture Production Unit supplies our ‘Art Maker’ Cafe with fresh home grown seasonal produce, from our outside beds or one of our accessible polytunnels.

We also produce and develop skills in growing bedding plants and perennials, making hanging baskets sell to the public.
