Multi Sensory Workshop

This workshop is ideal for art makers with complex needs.  The workshop offers alternative relaxation and therapy techniques:

• aromatherapy (oils, smell pots, candles, creams)
• massage (Indian head, hand, foot, reflexology and adapted massage aids, heat treatments, stone therapy)
• music (relaxation tapes)
• meditation

The techniques are designed for either the art makers to use on their own or with help from their support workers.

This workshop takes place in our special multi sensory room.  The room has a wide range of multi sensory equipment and activities including fibre optic lighting and wall projections.
