All students make great individual achievements at Henshaws.

National awards

Every term, individual achievements are celebrated - and many students also receive national awards for their work. National awards currently offered are:

ASDAN Towards Independence, Workright and Expressive Arts
English Speaking Board (various levels)
AQA Unit Award Scheme (various units)
OCR Entry level Numeracy, Computer Literacy and Information Technology

Sporting success

Students make outstanding achievements in the field of sport and fitness at Henshaws. Many take part in regional Special Olympics events. Our sporting awards include:

Amateur Swimming Association awards
Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy
Winstrada awards for rebound therapy

Graduation

Graduation celebrates the achievements made by all students over their time at Henshaws. Students receive all the awards they have gained during their time at Henshaws.
