ICT

Working with a range of assistive technology, students work towards using Information Technology as independently as possible.  Technologies used range from simple switch access, through magnification solutions to voice output software such as JAWS, with each student being individually assessed to determine their accessibility requirements.  All students use ICT in all curriculum areas and for those with the most aptitude there is access to national qualifications in IT.
