All students have the opportunity to develop their employability skills through a mix of activities including:

• Work experience
• Development of practical vocational skills
• Careers education and guidance.

After initial sampling of a range of work areas, students make a choice of vocational pathway to follow in more detail.  Vocational pathways currently offered are: 

• Art and craft
• Media
• Horticulture and land based
• Hospitality and housekeeping
• Retail and office skills

Students are entered for qualifications appropriate to their individual vocational pathway and ability.
