Our children and family service specialises in working with children and parents with sight loss, often with complex needs and additional disabilities.

We have a whole family approach. This means we support any family member or carer where visual impairment has an impact on their life.

Here’s a quick round up of our free children and family services:

• Various regular and holiday activities – see ‘Events’ page for details.
• A well-stocked toy lending library, specialising in sensory stimulation toys & Story sacks
• Family activity days
• Children’s play area
• Parents and child group
• Information on other relevant local services
• Home visits to families who need extra support

From your baby’s first months to nursery, school and on into adulthood, we are here to help you as your family develops. So why not get in touch?
