Henshaws Print Service

This is an exciting new service that Henshaws is able to provide to both individuals and businesses. Items include high quality canvasses produced from photographs, business cards and stationery, fliers and conference lanyards.

 

Meeting Room Hire

Why not have your next team day at Henshaws College or our Arts & Crafts Centre? You can be sure of a warm welcome, great hospitality and a productive day.

Fully serviced, accessible, modern meeting rooms are available in both Harrogate and Knaresborough. Prices are available on request.

 

Brailling Service

Providing information in Braille is often a legal requirement these days and offering visually impaired people information in Braille can help set your business apart from the competition.

Henshaws provides a fast and efficient service to convert your documents, company literature and communications into Braille.

Creative Team Building

Arts based activities where you and your colleagues work as a team in a creative environment. Activities include pottery, designing sculptures from recycled materials and woodwork. Activities are held either at our Arts & Crafts Centre in Knaresborough or Henshaws will come to your workplace. Lunch is available.

Corporate Volunteering Opportunities

Swop your pens for paintbrushes or your PCs for shovels and come to Henshaws for a great team building experience!

Many companies give up their time to volunteer for Henshaws, recognising that by volunteering they are supporting a worthwhile cause as well as enjoying a good day out and building valuable relationships within their teams.

Barclays Commercial recently donated £500 of flat pack furniture for the new shop at our Arts & Crafts Centre, constructed the furniture and then fitted out the shop.

A team from Rural Insurance painted the cafe at our Arts & Crafts Centre and helped in our sensory garden.

RHS Harlow Carr demonstrated its commitment to inspire gardening in the local community by sending a team of 15 volunteers to improve an area of the sensory garden.

If your company would like to make a tangible difference to Henshaws – as well as enjoy a day of team building – we have many more volunteering and team building opportunities available.

“The volunteering work has been a great team building exercise that has given us a sense of achievement and fun. We hope to continue work here at the centre next year and may commission or recycle a Henshaws sculpture for placement within the Learning Centre’s outdoor teaching garden.”
