Meditation Group

Meditation is the practice of training the mind, and has a number of health benefits including relieved stress and anxiety, and general improved mental wellbeing. Our group is suitable for people who are new or familiar to meditation practices, and has been adapted for people with sight loss.

When? Second Monday of the month, 12pm-1.30pm
