Secret Garden Appeal

At Henshaws Arts & Crafts Centre, creativity changes lives. Our workshops offer disabled adults a welcoming space to learn, express themselves, and connect. But demand for our support is growing, and we are now at capacity.

The Secret Garden Appeal will fund a new building with two fully accessible Art Maker workshops, designed to support people with a range of needs. Set alongside our garden, these spaces will connect creativity with nature, providing a calm and inspiring environment where people can feel comfortable and confident.

These new workshops will allow us to offer many more sessions each week, giving more people the chance to develop skills, build friendships, and be part of a supportive community. For many, the Centre is a lifeline. A place where they feel understood, valued and able to thrive.
