Dance Syndrome is a charity and is the inspiration of founder Jen Blackwell who has Down’s syndrome, and wanted to follow her dream of being a dancer and leader.
Based in Lancashire, DS provides inclusive dance and leadership opportunities, unlocking potential for people who believe disability need not be a barrier to living life to the full.
Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre are very excited to be hosting Dance Syndrome as part of FEVA festival this year. The dance group will be performing their show ‘Lit aDrift’.
‘Lit aDrift’ is an inspiring, uplifting contemporary dance performance. It explores one man’s path as he uses light to guide himself to destinations of reflection and connection.
Entrance is £2.50 on the door
