1) Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre, Knaresborough
Up first is our very own Arts and Crafts Centre! Our inclusive day centre located in Knaresborough (near Harrogate) welcomes people of all abilities to come and explore its grounds. Whether you use a wheelchair, have visual impairments, or have special learning needs, our tranquil artistic escape is truly for everyone!
Whilst visiting, you can browse all of the beautiful artwork made by our amazing Artmakers, grab a delicious bite and cuppa at the on-site cafe, explore the scenic gardens, and visit our NEW garden centre. Our Centre is a breath of fresh air and cannot wait to welcome you and your family.
If you want to host an event to make your day last a little longer, we also have an event space available to be rented out. It’s the perfect space for parties, weddings, or just general catch-ups… We hope to see you there soon!

2) Open Country, Multiple locations across Yorkshire

3) Wetwheels, Whitby
Ahoy there! Launched in 2018, Wetwheels Yorkshire became the fifth regional operator for the disability power boating charity Wetwheels Foundation.
Operating out of Whitby, Wetwheels is designed to enable every disabled person the chance to experience the excitement of power boating.
Their specially designed boats allow everyone to participate, whether you dream of steering the vessel or feeling the spray on your face as you zip along the stunning Yorkshire coastline. Imagine the thrill of exploring hidden coves, spotting playful seals, or the chance to encounter dolphins and whales! Wetwheels Yorkshire is perfect for a fun-filled day trip, creating lasting memories and proving that adventure is truly for everyone!

4) Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Doncaster
Calling all animal lovers! Yorkshire Wildlife Park welcomes explorers of all abilities for a roaring good day trip!
This fantastic park understands that everyone deserves a chance to see amazing creatures. With accessible pathways, some wheelchair-accessible viewing areas, and even a limited number of wheelchairs available for rent, Yorkshire Wildlife Park opens its doors to a world of wonder.
