Individual Giving Fundraiser

The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for all of Henshaws’ Individual giving programme including the rapidly growing lottery, all direct mail appeals and legacy giving. They will also play a key role in developing donor journeys for our existing and new supporters ensuring that donors feel valued and informed about the impact they are making.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Successfully manage and develop Henshaws Lottery and individual giving programmes to achieve sustainable income for the charity
– Ensure relationships with supporters are managed to the highest professional standards, ensuring their continued support and engagement
– Implement donor journeys for all individual supporters e.g. regular givers, lottery players
Experience of developing journeys for supporter groups including new supporters, as well as experience of monitoring income and expenditure budgets and cost negotiation is essential. The successful candidate will also need to have experience of running direct mail appeals e.g. Christmas campaigns.
