Salary £11.10 per hour/ £20,202.00 per annum

Henshaws is a northern charity supporting people living with sight loss and a range of other disabilities to go beyond expectations.
We are now seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO.
The PA will provide vital support to the charities CEO and become part of the growing Executive Support team and will apply essential organisation to the CEO’s complex schedule. Play a key supporting role in the strategic development of the charity. It is vital that you will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, be proactive, accountable and self-motivated and looking to expand your career in a growing charity.
Key responsibilities will include:
Deliver exceptional PA support to the Chief Executive, Trustees of the Charity and other sub group / committee members.
Working with colleagues and stakeholders to proactively arrange regular meeting meetings in advance.
Takes a leading role in supporting good governance and development of good administration practices across the charity (including on GDPR matters as they arise and general organisational framework good practice).

The ideal candidate will possess:
A proven level of extensive experience of providing PA / Executive support at a Chief Executive / Board Level, ideally within the Charity Sector.
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess excellent time management skills with the proven ability to prioritise and to delegate work effectively. Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
IT literate with excellent MS office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
