Henshaws have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Manager to provide a high level of care and support for the people who use the service and ensure compliance with CQC and other regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a Registered Manager for Red Admiral Court, Gateshead.
  • To ensure that the services provided are effectively, efficiently and professionally delivered to service users, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and a high standard of service is delivered.
  • To take overall responsibility for the provision of a flexible service that meets the development needs of people using the service, delegating duties to the, Team Leader and Support Workers with Additional Responsibilities where appropriate.

Substantial  management and supervisory experience in a care environment, as well as experience of working with young people/adults with learning disabilities and behaviour that may challenge, is essential. This is a remote post the successful candidate will need to be able to work flexibly and have the ability to work shifts including weekends and sleep ins where needed.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care is essential
