This December, Henshaws is hosting two unforgettable Charity Carols by Candlelight Concerts to raise funds and awareness for people living with sight loss and other disabilities. Taking place at Manchester Cathedral and Ripon Cathedral in Yorkshire, these special events offer the perfect opportunity to embrace the holiday spirit while supporting a vital cause.

Two Spectacular Concerts: Manchester & Yorkshire

Manchester Cathedral will host the first concert on Wednesday, December 4th, followed by Ripon Cathedral on Friday, December 6th. Each event features outstanding performances from local and national talents, with proceeds directly supporting the essential work of Henshaws.

The Manchester concert promises performances by Dave Steele, an acclaimed poet known for his moving reflections on visual impairment. Attendees will also be treated to musical performances by Denise Leigh and Stefan Andrusyschyn, who captivated audiences on Britain’s Got Talent.

Meanwhile, in Ripon, the Henshaws Makaton Choir will offer a unique musical experience using sign and symbol communication, alongside the soulful sounds of Leo Hicks and the lively tunes of the Harrogate Spa Town Ukes.
