Henshaws’ Arts and Crafts Centre offers a gorgeous, creative space based in the heart of tranquil Knaresborough. We don’t like to keep amazing things to ourselves, so our Arts and Crafts Centre is also available for unique venue hire.
Here at Henshaws, accessibility is at the heart of who we are, so we’ve worked hard to ensure the design of our centre and the services available within our venue make it a fully accessible place that all can enjoy. You can also rest assured that by choosing Henshaws to host your event, you are supporting our mission to improve the quality of life and independence of those affected by sight loss and other disabilities.
What’s included?
Our facilities for hire include a large cafe, a licensed bar area, and beautiful outdoor spaces. We are an ideal venue for a wedding or family celebration and can also provide refreshments for business away days or team-building sessions.
We know food is important at any event, and no matter the occasion, we have a menu to suit your needs! From finger buffets and canapes to our delicious wood-fired pizzas and hot sandwiches, there is something for every palate. If you want to continue your celebration into the evening, our licenced bar can be extended to 12 p.m. so you can make the most of your day and create even more memories.
We don’t just offer unique venue hire; we also have a range of services available. From entertainment in the form of a DJ to help get the party started, professional staff that can assist with your event needs, and an event management support service, you can be confident that you’re in the best hands.
