Ladies Snowdon Fitness Weekend (17th-19th June)
Take part in the ladies Snowdon fitness weekend this June!
Join in the fun with our corporate partners, Fit Girl Club and experience a weekend with a difference.
On the weekend of Friday 17th June till Sunday 19th June join Fit Girl Club for their ladies Snowdon fitness weekend. We’d love you to join Team Henshaws for this event so that we can support people with sight loss and other disabilities to go beyond expectations. Whilst having the most amazing time, you can really make a massive difference.
The hike of Snowdon will be the easiest route, with a difficulty of 2/5, and the route taken will be the Llanberis Path. The hike is 9 miles in total and should take between 5-7 hours to complete.
This is a fun packed weekend where participants will stay two nights in a 26-bed hostel near Carmarthen, sharing the accommodation with the other group members. You will need to bring your own bedding (or a sleeping bag) and towels. You will need to make your own way there to the hostel and back home at the end of the weekend.
Throughout the weekend, there will be meditation sessions, warm-ups, and nutritional advice.
Friday 17th June, you will arrive at hostel where an evening meal will be served.
On Saturday 18th June, after breakfast you will begin your hike with the group, there will be regular breaks and lunch is provided. Once completed you will all get together and enjoy an evening at the hostel where dinner will be served.
Sunday 19th June, you will wake up again the beautiful Carmarthen town and have breakfast together before departing for home.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and places are limited.
Sign up today for £120 (this is non-refundable).
