What is Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)?
Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) is all about developing an understanding of behaviour: why you do what you do. Our team of Behaviour Analysts offer personalised support to help you develop skills that increase your quality of life and wellbeing.
Who is it for?
PBS can help support anyone. It is particularly beneficial for students who use behaviour that could be perceived as challenging
What does PBS involve?
We will take time to identify any problems which may be causing distress or pain. We then look at the behaviours which may be linked to these problems. By understanding them, we will work with you to develop interventions that help make positive changes.
The support you receive will encompass your full college experience. We will look at all elements of your environment to help us to understand your behaviour.
