Rachael Martindale

Interim Principal

Rachael started at Henshaws in October 2023, with over 20 years experience within Education, Racheal brings a range of background experience to our college and has an infectious passion to create positive learning experiences for all. Rachael has previous worked within GFE, Prison Sector, Community learning and Online provisions and is looking forward to creating new learning opportunities for everyone to be part of. Rachael has vast experience within senior leadership teams and achieving Outstanding at Ofsted inspections. Alongside her peers, Rachael is dedicated to achieving the very best for our students and overcome any challenges ahead.
