Healing Hearts is a welcoming community group offering support to anyone who has lost someone close to them. The group helps people find structure, purpose, and peace after bereavement through creativity, nature, music, and shared connection.
When & Where:
Sessions take place every Tuesday from 1:30pm to 3:00pm, alternating between two venues in Sale:
- 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month: St Mary’s Church Centre, 44 Moss Lane, Sale, M33 6GD
- 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month: St Martin’s Church Centre, Church Lane, Sale, M33 5QQ
If you’re unsure which venue they’ll be at, please call ahead to confirm.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one is welcome to join. You can simply come along, or if you’d prefer, contact Clair in advance for a friendly chat before attending your first session. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What to expect:
Sessions offer a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and connect with others who understand. Activities often include creative expression, gentle music, time in nature, and opportunities for calm and community.
Booking Required:
No booking is needed, you can just turn up. However, you’re welcome to call ahead if you’d like to let the group know you’re coming.
