Here and Now – Weekly LGBTQ+ Recovery Support Group

Here and Now is a weekly LGBTQ+ recovery support group that brings people together to share experiences, offer guidance and build strength through community. Held in a warm, welcoming space, this group supports emotional wellbeing and recovery in a way that feels safe and inclusive.

Every Tuesday at 6pm
LGBT Foundation, 72 Sackville Street, Manchester, M1 3NJ
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and accessible toilets.

Who is eligible?

This group is for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ and is looking for support with recovery. You do not need a formal diagnosis or referral. Whether you’re new to recovery or further along your journey, you’re welcome.

What to expect

Here and Now is a mutual aid group led by and for LGBTQ+ people. Sessions offer space to talk, listen and reflect in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. You can share your story, hear from others, and explore the challenges and victories of recovery together. It’s a chance to feel seen, supported and part of a resilient community.

Booking Required

No booking is needed. You can simply turn up on the day. If it’s your first time attending, you’re welcome to call ahead for a chat about what to expect.
