Monday Morning Drop-In

The Monday Morning Drop-In offers a relaxed space to connect with others, enjoy a hot drink, and start your week in good company. If you’re looking for friendly conversation in a welcoming setting, the Monday Morning Drop-In is a great place to begin.

When & Where

Every Monday, 10:30am to 12:00pm
Bury Society for Blind and Partially Sighted People, 6–8 Trafford Street, Bury, BL9 0TY

Who is eligible?

Anyone living with sight loss or other access needs is welcome to attend. You don’t need to be a registered member, and carers or companions can come along too.

What to expect

You can simply turn up, grab a cup of tea or coffee, and enjoy a friendly chat with others. Volunteers are on hand throughout the session to meet and greet new arrivals, offer support, and help everyone feel at ease.

There’s no fixed agenda, so you’re free to stay for as long or as little as you like. It’s a gentle, informal way to connect with others and find out more about what’s on offer at the Society. Many people use the Monday Morning Drop-In as a first step before joining other groups or services.

Booking Required

No booking is needed. Just come along. If you have questions or would like support getting there, contact the office in advance.
