Ten Pin Bowling

The Ten Pin Bowling Bury group is a weekly opportunity to stay active, meet others, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition. Designed for people with sight loss or access needs, this session is all about having fun in a supportive, social setting.

When & Where

Every Tuesday, 11:00am to 12:00pm
Hollywood Bowl, The Rock, Bury, BL9 0YB
Please note: sessions restart on Tuesday 3rd September.

Who is eligible?

Anyone with a visual impairment or access needs is welcome to join. No previous bowling experience is necessary. Carers or companions can take part or assist as needed.

What to expect

You’ll take part in a relaxed game of ten pin bowling with others who value community and fun. The bowling centre is accessible and familiar with the needs of visually impaired players. Volunteers are also available to offer support and guidance throughout the session.

Each week, the group gathers at the same time and place, which helps build confidence and routine. Whether you’re aiming for a strike or just looking to try something new, you’ll be part of a welcoming and inclusive group.

There is a small charge of £2.00 per person to help cover costs.
