With the vast array of leisure activities Trafford Leisure provide, they have something to offer everyone from toddlers through to seniors to help achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
What to expect:
Each centre offers different activities, but most have a fully equipped gym with friendly fitness instructors on hand to provide inductions, guidance, and advice on how to get the best out of the facilities. Changing rooms and showers are available, and staff can also help with fitness plans and wellbeing goals. For those looking for extra support, personal training sessions are an option too.
Some centres also feature swimming pools, recovery pools, steam rooms and saunas. At Partington Sports Village, visitors can make use of the fully floodlit 4G pitch, and once a month the venue hosts VI Friendly Football Taster sessions. These sessions give people with sight loss in the area the opportunity to enjoy partially sighted or blind football in a safe and welcoming space.
