Old Trafford Wellbeing Centre is a community wellbeing hub run by BlueSci Support in partnership with local community groups and organisations.

Time: Monday to Thursday 9.30am-4.30pm, Friday – 9.30am-2.30pm.
Location: Old Trafford Wellbeing Centre, Broom House 54-56, Seymour Grove, M16 0LN
Who is eligible?
The aim of the centre is to provide support to local individuals and families to achieve their goals and improve their health and wellbeing.
What they offer:
- Social Prescribing (to link you with helpful organisations to solve the practical worries in your life, and activities if you are looking to connect with others.)
- Talking Therapies
- Support to Stop Smoking
- A range of creative activities such as music, drama and art
- Volunteering opportunities
In the evenings, the centre is the home for Bluesci at Night, a service to support people experiencing emotional distress or crisis as an alternative to A&E. You can self-refer to Bluesci at Night and attend the centre, or receive telephone support between the hours of 5.30pm and 12.30am every evening of the year.
