Edmund was supported by our Speech and Language Therapy team to build on his communication skills which he was able to transfer to the workplace. Led by his passion for film and theatre, Edmund secured a work experience placement at the Odeon Cinema. He gradually took on more responsibilities and was able to establish a routine that allowed him to feel more comfortable when interacting with members of the public."
