Our stories

Creativity and independence are at the heart of what we do. We are devoted to making a difference to the lives of the people we support. Here some of our Art Makers share their stories from Henshaws Arts & Crafts Centre and explain how they have found the confidence to go beyond expectations.

Jenna's story

Jenna has been coming to Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre for over 12 years. She has participated in many workshops and has been a key part in lots of exhibitions.

Andrew Started Henshaws Arts and Craft Centre in May 2021. He was relatively shy and a little nervous when he first joined, but soon found his passion in the woodwork team.
