Craft and Cake: May

Come join us for our monthly creative evening at Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre. Bring your own craft and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. Our craft and cake sessions mix artistic expression with tasty treats.  Sometimes being a crafter at home can feel lonely, so we would love you to join other fellow crafters and share your love of everything handmade.  

For just £5, your ticket includes a drink to keep you warm and a slice of cake for your sweet tooth.  We will provide an environment to support your craft, for example you may need access to a cutting table, or need a large space for your weaving loom.  Or maybe just a comfy chair for your crochet! Plus because it is at Henshaws Arts and Crafts Centre, it will be fully accessible and inclusive.  

Connect with fellow craft enthusiasts, share your passion, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting, our sessions are welcoming to everyone.  We also know crafters love trying new crafts but sometimes we have to spend lots of money to get all of the equipment, so this way we can share our experience of different crafts to see if we like them.  And we can watch everyday items be turned into beautiful gifts or something special for us to keep.
