Accessing Henshaws services

In order to access our services, you will first need to register with Henshaws. This is so we can make referrals easily to the services you would like to access, and keep a record of how you are using our services.

There are different ways you can be referred to Henshaws, you can self-refer by filling in our online form, or contact us by telephone or email.

You may also be referred or signposted by another organisation or service: for example, our Certificate of Vision Impairment (CVI) team can make referrals to Henshaws, as well as other organisations including the RNIB, your local sensory team (including your Qualified Teacher of the Visually Impaired if you are a child or young person), and other charities.
