Meet Amanda: A HR and OD professional with over thirty years’ experience and passionate about making a difference and delivering excellent services!

With a track record of implementing organisational change, efficiencies, modernising working practices while improving staff satisfaction. Considerable experience of working with both white collar and blue collar employees, elected members, board members, trade unions and other stakeholders to ensure robust, effective people management practices are embedded. In addition to the day job, she is Co-Chair for the CIPD South Yorkshire and Districts Branch Committee and a Trustee on the Barnsley Hospice Board and to relax loves walking in the Yorkshire Dales with the dogs.
